Sandie & Sheila...Welby is a petite Shetland Sheepdog lady. Her name was registered before Ana bought her and we decided not to change it even though it sounds very masculine. :-)
Not sure how Ana came up with "Iron Paw". I need to ask for the backstory.
Oh, you know that I LOVE shelties! We had one with the SAME coloring. Only ours was a one above average height! Isn't that funny? She fit right in our family. Shelties are my favorite kind of dog!
I grew up with a cat named Meemers - this is the first I've ever heard anyone else use that name! The dog is gorgeous, reminds me of my Lassie phase in 6th grade ;)
Wow Jess...another Meemers. Welby is not a Collie though she sort of looks like one. She is a Shetland Sheep Dog. I don't know how we come up with these crazy names.
Alias: Meemers, Crumken, Child, Baben, Bumpo, Bumpkin, Mumpkin, Pumpkin, Lumpkin, Iron Paw, Frito Paw, Chalupa, Craben and Pippin.

Aw... a Colly Dog. That was the name that I hated that my brother Jim gave me. That is one gorgeous dog with lots of cute names!
