haha Dirk, I think you are right! Cali does consider herself a Queen. It took me way more photos to get a decent picture of her than it did Welby. She would look away, or roll over, right when the camera clicked. I even got one of her sticking her tongue out! I think finally, she got aggravated and tolerated having her picture taken. Doesn't she look aggravated? hehe
That's a good picture of Cali. It looks professional! I like the way she kind of fades into the background. Did you use any special settings? I'm beginning to try to experiment with some different settings, but I can't really tell a difference yet! ;)
Donetta, I didn't use any special settings. I took the photo on the back porch and it was sort of dark, so I guess that accounts for the "Fading". I am not sure my camera has settings. hehe You know when it's really dark, I can't even get anything to show up on the screen....I just point and click, hoping to catch something. That's why most of my photos are taken outside. Time to spend a few more bucks and get a better camera, me thinks.

How noble. I always say that Cats were once worshipped as gods, and never accepted the decision to not worship them.

I do like this pose, with one paw curled under and one sticking out. The majesty of classic cat!

I love how she is coming out of the dark like that! Very nice shot, Susan!
So pretty!
It is nice to know that we are not the only family that has about 15 names for each of our pets! =)
Cali & Welby are color coordinated!
Yes, she does look quite regal in this shot :).
She's beautiful, and I agree with Dirk...she looks as if she expects the worship! :)
One of my closest friends had a cat named Cali who was her top dog cat! Sadly, Cali is gone now. She looked like your Cali.
