Paula, I don't really have one spot that I always go to. If I had to choose MY spot, it would probably be down in the gazebo but I always like sitting on the couch here in the living room or in the red winged back chair in the den(probably read there the most) and in my "college in the closet". I think Carol might have been referring to my closet. ;-)
Lisa-just saw your question. I found the book helpful in several ways:' 1)understanding the purpose of boundaries, in general 2)understanding what type of personal boundaries are helpful 3)various forms of challenges to your boundaries 4)getting to know and like yourself
I had read about boundaries before but it had been a while. Lots of good reminders and examples on why they are necessary.

Is this 'your spot', Susan? Very nice and peaceful if it is.

Great picture and it sounds like a book that could be very helpful! Pictures in your house look so peaceful.
PS..I did get a couple of cute pictures of Dirk with the goats, they are on the leftovers page.
Good for you!
ahhhhh, boundaries...
What has been most helpful for you on this subject?
