Carol-My daughter, Ana, designed the cover after I finished the NaNoWriMo contest. I'm taking the next step, which is editing and getting the rough edges smoothed a bit. Then I'll see about the next step but yes, my dream would be to have the novel published. :-)
Love the bits of color all around. I noticed the cover too - very nice. Good way to commemorate writing your novel and also taking it to the next step. Good luck in your editing!
I am SO impressed that you've come this far, Susan, and are forging ahead. I signed up for the NaNoWriMo project and promptly realized that: 1) This is not the season for me, and 2) I honestly don't have anything I want to write about at that length right now. But growing up, I always thought I'd publish my writing, so maybe some day.
Did you know my mother wrote a huge book when I was a teenager? It was related to her family's history. After her very first pink slip, she BURNED the entire manuscript. How sad is that? : (
I sure hope I can read your book sooner or later. You go, girl!
You go girlfriend! I'm off to place an advance order...you really have to do an audio book of it too because my momma wants a copy! :) I'm SO EXCITED! :)

Awesome. Rock on!
Is that a cover that you designed! Cool! I didn't know you were going to go that extra step and go for publishing. How cool!

I love your cup, and I can almost read part of the page if I try really hard, but my burning question is if your workspace is really this neat!!
Exciting project!
cool!! That claddagh is my wedding ring :-). Keep us posted on your progress!
Tia-WOW...the Claddagh ring figures prominently in my novel.
Very cool that it is your wedding ring.
Laura....I shot the photo before I started working. ;-)

Good for you! I need to set aside time to do it, too. This is a nice way to mark the beginning of the next step of the process.
